Having over 30 years combined experience within facilities and project management, we have recently started a business to help other small to medium sized organisations ranging from educations settings to commercial buildings to support the compliance and delivery of facilities management with additional project management support. This will range in various packages to meet and exceed your business needs. We will also conduct regular reviews to ensure you are receiving a great service.

We have introduced various packages to support you in identifying what needs to be done to ensure you legally comply with building regulations and the Health & Safety Act. We will also share updates to make you aware of changes within the markets.
A common question, and sometimes no package will be the right package until you understand what you are required to do to remain or become compliant. So our suggestion would be package 1 just to understand what you have and what you are currently doing. This also gives us a feel of how your systems work.
How does the payment structure work if you are managing our supplier?
This will vary from each package choice, but commonly we would confirm all costs in advance and agree payment terms. In some cases depending on the value of the works, a percentage of the cost will be required before any works commence. Also we may ask for a staggered payment plan based on the value of the works.
What if we have an emergency and need support?
Before we commence any agreement, we will ask you to agree amounts for any emergency works and have an approved person should additional funds be required I manage an educational setting, can you confirm what checks will be made? Any educational setting will require enhanced DBS checks, in additional to the contractor’s normal accreditation.
